Return Process

  Log into your Shimano account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original product packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective components are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
